Ivan Petukhov was born in 1984 in Zelenodolsk, Tatarstan. In 2007 he graduated from the Department of Journalist of the Moscow State University. Worked in advertising. From 2018 onwards — the creative director of the McCann Moscow Advertising company. Afterwards — the creative director of «Bazelevs». Currently — a screenplay author, director and creative producer. His directional filmography includes «Gift» (2014), «No» (2018), «Feat» (2019), mini-series «Alice» (2020) and «Locked up» (2020).
